  • All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange after Checkout.

  • Received the wrong item or a faulty one? We're sorry to hear that, please drop us an email at with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will look into this for you.

  • Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits. Refunds are only on a case-by-case basis, subject to the decision by aroundabout.

  • Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
