Delivery


All orders will take up to 5 business days to process before shipping, and 7 to 10 business days during peak period such as sales events, festive and major holidays. Our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the parcel is mailed out, you will be notified that your order has been fulfilled via email. We seek your kind understanding that unforeseeable circumstances e.g. service interruptions and post office delays could be encountered and these are beyond our control.​ Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. We will not be responsible for such cases and any shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.




Local Shipping


For orders below $20, Normal Postage is at $1.20, but complimentary for orders $20 and above. This method offers no tracking service - if you'd like to track your parcel, kindly opt for Registered Mail. We will not be responsible for lost mail if customer does not opt for Registered Mail with tracking service. For orders below $40, Registered Mail is at $3.50. We offer complimentary Registered Mail for orders S$40 and above. Once your parcel has been shipped out, it typically takes 2-7 working days for it to reach you. International Shipping


We ship worldwide! If you would like to place an order from outside of Singapore, there is an International Delivery option: - Malaysia & Brunei $5 (Complimentary for purchase $50 and above) - Rest of the World $12 (Complimentary for purchase $80 and above) Tracking number will be provided once order has been mailed out. Return Policy


  • All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange after Checkout.
  • Received the wrong item or a faulty one? We're sorry to hear that, please drop us an email at thearoundabout@gmail.com with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will look into this for you.
  • Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits.
  • Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
  • We will check all items before dispatch but sometimes damages due to postal handling are inevitable. We seek your kind understanding when such circumstances arise and your trust that we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

Payment


Stripe is our secured payment gateway. We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country through Stripe.

Please do not click "back", cancel or refresh at any point during the payment process as it will mean payments are not synced on our server, and your order may be cancelled. Once payment has been made, you will receive a receipt notifying that your payment has been successful. Following which, an order confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

Payments made via Stripe are verified automatically by Stripe.
